About me
Hey! my name is Madi, however, I go by Salted online. I make 3D assets and avatars for VRchat on my downtime as a hobby. I enjoy making things for free for people and spending my time teaching others modeling as well as making scratch and kit bashed models and assets.I am a full-time student in Software Engineering. I also do work full-time, I have been making 3D art since 2017 in both DAZ studios and Blender + Unity for VRchat. I used to do 3D modeling as a full-time job but since then got a career and now just do it as a fun hobby <3

Terms of Use/ Service [Models]:
This model is released under a UV license.
This model allows the following actions based on Individual terms in addition to the basic terms.
・Personal Use/ Upload to VR Social games such as (VRchat, ChilloutVR, Helios, NeosVR) as a private avatar (NOT to be shared).
・For Adults, Sexual expressions Use.
・For Adults, Violence Expressions Use.
This data has the following special notes.1. You are not allowed to take parts off the model to use on your own.
2. You cannot sell a model that has parts taken from the model.
3. You are not allowed to redistribute or sell the model in any way.
4. You are not allowed to make your upload public or share publically.
5. You are not allowed to make edits of the model and upload it to your friend's account nor upload to any VR game in any manner other than Privately for private use.
6. You are not allowed to give out the package, model, or any parts from the model this includes giving to someone else to make changes or paying someone else to convert the model to another platform.
7. If you wish to use any of the assets that are on these avatars, you will need to purchase/download from the original creators stated.
8. You can use this model on any VR game/ site if it remains private and inaccessible to anyone other than the buyer.
9. This is a personal license only.
10. If buying an avatar or asset as a gift, use their Email, and Discord ID, and Name, buying and sharing/ sending to them is not allowed as only the registered person has a license to that given model/ asset.
11. None of my models are refundable. This is a digital product, once content has been downloaded they no longer can be given a refund under no circumstances. You give up the rights to request a refund once downloaded, if you have issues with a product please join the Discord to get issues solved.
12. Do not claim any of my models/ meshes as your own, this means even if edited, you cannot take any parts of my meshes and claim them as your own in any form.
13. You are not allowed to remove my watermarks on avatars or assets if they include one.
14. You are NOT allowed to use my models or meshes or textures out side of VR social games such as (VRChat, ChilloutVR, Helios & NeosVR) You ARE allowed to convert my model to other social VR games listed as long as you do it yourself.
15. You are allowed to use my assets and Models for STREAMING, this includes Tiktok, Youtube, Twitch or similar platforms of steaming, however you MUST credit me with my shop link and you cannot claim my characters as your own.16. You are not allowed to use my products or meshes on anything that involves threatening, or offensive material.
17. You are NOT allowed to use my avatars as reference or copy my avatar or character designs in any way.
18. If you have purchased an older model of mine, I am not responsible for updating that model. This means that any game, shader or SDK updates in the future may break the model and it is not my responsibility to fix it.For the full text of the rules, please refer to the following URL below.

TOS Breach/ Failure to follow
・If a party breaches TOS contact terms, that party is held liable for action. This may result in refusing service, filing lawsuits, or arbitration cases. This may also result in being permanently banned from Gumroad, Payhip, Paypal, or Discord use of products and services. Once banned use of assets or models is prohibited since the contract was breached.
